Track Placement

OBH Licensed DUI agencies may use the following guidelines and
charts to place persons on an appropriate track when an evaluation was not completed or when evaluation information is not available.

DUI Classes

  • Level II Education and Therapy
  • All groups use evidence based curriculum Driving With Care
  • Groups are held Monday thru Saturday.
  • Time of groups vary depending on group need.
  • DUI Intake Fee: $50.00
  • DUI Class Fee $30.00 a month ED and TX
  • DUI Exit Interview: $0
  • Missed Class Fee: $25.00
  • Individual Class Make-up: $50.00 for 2 hours
  • Class time switch fee after 1 occurrence: $25.00
  • Reenrollment Fee: $50.00 (Plus any previous outstanding balances)

Substance Use Disorders

  • Anger management class fee: $25.00
  • Relapse Prevention class fee: $25.00
  • Cognitive Restructuring: class fee: $25.0
  • Individual SUD Session: $50.00
  • Court Order Evaluation for Substance Abuse: $200.00

Mental Health

  • Initial Evaluation: $150.00
  • Individual Session: $50.00 per hour
  • Couple/Marital Session: $50.00 ($75 for additional individuals)
  • Group Session: $20.00 per group
  • Mental Health Evaluation: $300.00

  • Education or Track Level may be raised with clinical justification.
  • Education or Track level should not be reduced; it is not appropriate clinically nor in
  • terms of DMV requirements.
  • If no BAC is available, placement will be based on clinical justification

  • Education or Track Level may be raised with clinical justification.
  • Education or Track level should not be reduced; it is not appropriate clinically nor in terms of DMV requirements.
  • If BAC was not taken or is unavailable, and there are no clinical indicators, refer and place in Level I Ed.
  •  If BAC was not taken or is unavailable, and there are other clinical indicator(s), refer and place in Level II Ed.
  •  Offenders can be placed in Track A with BAC’s of <.10 if there is clinical justification.
  •  Under no circumstance can Track level be reduced; however, Track level may be increased with clinical justification.
  •  Clinical justification must be based on DSM-5 Criteria.
  •  Level II 4+ treatment requirements are solely based on the fact that the driver has the 4 or more convictions over a lifetime.
  •  Level II 4+ treatment may also be used for drivers who have had four (4) or more arrests for alcohol and/or other drug offenses but only 2 or 3 convictions. This should be carefully considered if the driver has a moderate to severe co-occurring disorder and/or significant cognitive problems.
